Delivery & Cancellation Policy
1-Delivery policy,
Delivery within Pakistan:
- All orders within Pakistan are routed through Call Courier
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS for order confirm
- If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method).
- Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and a tracking ID will be provided.
- Order will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.
2-Cancellation policy,
- You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed.
- Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our "Exchange Policy" will apply.
- HEMSTITCH may cancel orders for common reasons include:
- The item is out of stock,
- Price errors or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
